Well, it's the 8th of the month and that means it's time for a little inspiration with our monthly blog hop from REVERSE CONFETTI! Love is definitely in the air with this blog hop--our theme is "anything BUT a card": Valentine's style!
The hop started over on the REVERSE CONFETTI BLOG and then moves on over to AMY KOLLING'S BLOG, and you should have made it here from JEANNE JACHNA'S BLOG. It would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t miss a thing. We have tons of projects for you to see.

I have always loved the cute little puns that are used on children's Valentine's cards. You know, like the ones that they exchange at school. Even though my kids are too old and we don't buy them anymore, I still like to look at the boxes of them all when February rolls around. Someday, I want to make a cute project with some of them. Any ideas?

For now, I thought I'd do my best to use a few things to make a couple of Valentine treats and tie in those punny sayings to make them "loveable"! I started with a couple of the BITTY WINDOW BAGS. I stamped the lion, banners, hearts and sentiment from the LEAPING LIONS stamp set. The little cheetah and sentiment is from the HEART SPOTS stamp set. I cut everything out from the coordinating Confetti Cuts sets. The sentiments were stamped onto the smallest die from the PIERCED ROUND TOP LAYERS Confetti Cuts and then punched holes with my Cropadile and tied onto the little bags.

That's about all from me today, but there's a couple more stops to make on the hop today. Hop on over the WANDA CULLEN'S BLOG for the next stop on the hop. Here's the master hop list in case y'all want to go back and look again at the fabulous creations today!
