Countdown to Confetti: Foodie Fun and Crazy About You

Well, today is the second day of our sweet January sneak peeks from REVERSE CONFETTI. We're excited to keep going with some darling projects to show off today that will be available on JANUARY 8th!

Today we are feeding our craving for inspiration with the new FOODIE FUN stamp set and coordinating  FOODIE FUN Confetti Cuts.  There's also more to love with the CRAZY ABOUT YOU stamp set and plenty of other goodies to "heart".

I'll start by showing y'all this cute boxed notecard set I made with the FOODIE FUN and FOODIE FUN Confetti Cuts.  My daughter had gotten something in this clear square box as a gift and I immediately confiscated it, knowing a card set was in its future with this release (these are 4.25 x 4.25").

I kept it super simple and just used varying strips of paper from the new TRUE LOVE 6x6 pad, and used all the main images from the punny new stamp set.  I figured out a way to have an underlying theme of "doubles" on each card of something from each image.  I wanted the FOODIE FUN cuts to have a little more thickness to them, so I very easily backed each one with an extra cut from white cardstock.  This was awesome to give them a little extra dimension without actually using pop dots--my quick tip of the day!

I love tiny things.  Not saying I could live in a "tiny house", but small papercrafting projects make my heart leap!  So I could not wait to play with the new HEART BANNERS Confetti Cuts die set that I took quite literally and just made a simple tiny banner (although bits and pieces of it are perfect for cards, or an even tinier version works too)!

I used a couple of the new cardstock and ink colors, Piggy Bank, and Rose (paper and ink).  The banner title was stamped with the new CRAZY ABOUT YOU stamp set and I simply put that on a white rectangle and matted it in black, then punched my own holes in each corner and strung it with some black and white twine.  It's so tiny and cute (above picture for size reference--that's a child's oak desk chair with some Hershey kisses on it)!  I'm visualizing it on a scrapbook page, actually!

Okay, that's about all from me today!  Come visit me again tomorrow!  We have lots more sneak peeks to share over the next 2 days.  Then, everything will be available on the 8th.  Don't forget that Jen has a link list going daily (JANUARY 5-8) for all the sneak peeks over on the REVERSE CONFETTI blog HERE.
