Welcome (Back) Presents

Well, good news!  I got my car back yesterday from the collision shop!  She looks as good as new and smells like fresh paint!  I was so excited to get my baby car back and turn in my rental car.  Call me crazy, but I even bought it a present after I left the shop.  Did y'all know that Bath and Body Works sells car scent holders and a bunch of the fancy scents they sell in other products?  I just recently found out.  But really, I didn't just get it as a "coming home" present (yes I did).  If y'all have kids in soccer who take off their cleats in the car after a game and you almost throw up every time, or who forget to wash their uniform and wear it again with that "just got off the field" smell and you still almost throw up every time, YOU NEED THIS LITTLE THING (I got the coffee cup one) from Bath and Body in your life!  I'm already hooked and my car smells like Pumpkin Cupcakes! I will never buy a "little tree" again!

Ok, on to my cute little tag...another creation using the MONKEY BUSINESS stamp set and MONKEY BUSINESS Confetti Cuts from REVERSE CONFETTI.

I have a friend who is taking my class tonight ask me what Copic colors would be good to color him with because we are making THIS CARD, so I colored him up again and used it for this cute baby boy tag that would be perfect hanging from a gift bag or even attached to a card front.  I ended up using E23, E25 and E27 for the darker portions and E30 and E31 for the lighter areas.  The ears are R00, R02, and a touch of R22.  The actual tag consists of using several Confetti Cuts  dies--TOPPED OFF TAG as the base, then the BIG STRIPES TAG LAYER, and the dotted cut from the HANG UPS, TOO set.  Then the sentiment is stamped from the FANCY WORD COORDINATES stamped onto the little banner from the TAG ME set.  The pennant banner is from the LEAPING LIONS Confetti Cuts set.

Ok, well I have to run (and go drive my car) pick up kids, take them to Grease rehearsals, and get back to the store to teach my second class for the day!

  1. I love this terrific tag idea! I've got a couple of Welcome baby cards coming up and this idea is perfect! Thanks for some good inspiration today!
