April Sketch for You to Try

Well, April's Sketch for You to Try from REVERSE CONFETTI is in full swing, and I've seen some really good cards made with it both from the Confetti Crew and some of our fans.  Today I'm sharing my take on the sketch!
Something a little different from me this time as far as layers and lots of "stuff"--hardly any and a fun and stylish look with some cool Confetti Cuts, a little stamping and a little spritzing with some Color Shine from Heidi Swapp (still my favorite--I would love to have at least one each of everything she comes out with!).

I started with figuring out how I would approach the diagonal strip on the sketch and decided to try the DOUBLE PANEL CIRCLES Confetti Cuts along with some "ric-rac" I made from the new EDGE ESSENTIALS Confetti Cuts dies and just glued that to my card front diagonally and just trimmed off the excess along the sides of my card.  Worked like a dream!  From there, it was easy to create a little vignette using the FLOWERS FOR MOM Confetti Cuts, some LEAFY Confetti Cuts for the greenery and stamped the sentiment from the POSTED stamp setI love it when a project is finished and it looks just like you envisioned it in your head!  Thank you, Mojo!

Y'all be sure and head on over to the Reverse Confetti Blog
