Well, I'd be pushing my luck if I said I was a lucky person. Yes, I'm lucky in a sense that I have nice things and am cared for, but I call that more of a blessing than luck! So if we are talking strictly "lucky" as in winning lotteries and such...don't bet the farm on me. The winning-est thing I've ever won was an extra $400 in a nickel slot machine as we were leaving Vegas on our honeymoon. LUCKY I did, because we barely had enough money when we got back to Dallas to pay to get our car out of the parking lot! Anyway, as Madonna's song, Lucky Star is stuck in my head, let me tell y'all about this card:
I started by gathering papers and cutting my circle, then stamped the three-leafed clovers with my LUCKY YOU stamp set and cut the dark green one out using the SHAMROCKS die. I layered all my pieces, but changed up the square piece by sliding it under the band going across the card, rather than over it. To me, it just looked better, plus you can see a bit more of the little starry border I used from the SCALLOPED TRIM TRIO die set. The little hearts and tab under the button are from the HEART QUARTET die set that I added at the very end for a pop of color. I might give this one to Eric if he's lucky.
