Well, it's time for the Verve Divas to bring you our monthly Diva Inspirations Challenge and Blog Hop! There are two ways to win Verve prizes: comment on the design team's blog hop posts (linked below) to see their take on the inspiration, then go get inky and link up your take on the challenge to be eligible in our prize drawings! You have until March 5 to link up, so feel free to play as often as you like.

The pop of color in this industrial style loft speaks of the hope of
spring in the midst of winter. Kind of like February... it's still cold
and wintry, but new life is on the horizon. Feel free to take your
inspiration from the photo or the color combo, whatever suits your
fancy! We can't wait to see what you create.

So let's get to it---The hop started over on Julee's blog HERE and you should have hopped all the way through to STACEY'S blog HERE and then here. I'm glad you made it!
I loved everything about this inspiration photo including the little color swatches! From the industrial shabby look, to the flowers, to the texture of the wall to the lettering and pops of bright pinks--I think I used it all in my card! Add in the fact that I used Julee's fabulous Mojo Monday Sketch 434, the dimension this card has is crazy good! I love it when I get to combine several patterns and textures. I stamped the Plain Jane Psalm 119:105 onto the Sweet Scallop die. The flowers and small sentiment are from the Joyful Blooms set with a combination of the Leafy Sprigs and Dreamy Leaves for the foliage. I did stamp the leaves first with the Dream Big set before die cutting them. The tag is embellished with some seam binding ribbon from the Truly, Madly Deeply collection and the flowers needed bling (haha), so they got some fun sequin layers from the Pink Sparkle Mix.
Gosh, I sure wish I had that bedding for a new springtime makeover in my bedroom! It's looking kind of drab. Now I'm inspired to do a little redecorating!
OK, it's time to keep going on the hop, so head on over to see what TERESA did for your inspirational enjoyment! I'm sure she's got something beautiful to share as always!
