Crazy for Christmas--Gift Giving

Well, welcome to Day 2 of our Crazy for Christmas online showcase event from REVERSE CONFETTI!  It's the second day of our 3 day event showcasing some STUNNING holiday inspired projects.  Our second day's theme is "Gift Giving" and the Confetti Crew has gone above and beyond to inspire y'all to take your Reverse Confetti stamps and dies to the next level!  We have projects galore to share that will help you get your "crafting" cap on for the upcoming holidays.  At the end of this post, I'll have a link list that you can use to see all the designer's projects.

For the "Gift Giving" theme, I thought it would be fun to feature something cute and fairly quick to make that would be perfect to make for neighbor kids or mass-produce for a classroom full of kiddos as little gifties.

These cuties were made from several Confetti Cuts dies and very little stamping.  The SWEET TREAT TENT Confetti Cuts act as his body, and I used the largest scalloped die from the CIRCLES 'N SCALLOPS  Confetti Cuts for his head.

I found that the rectangle piece from the THANKS TAG Confetti Cuts set made a great top hat and I just added a strip of black paper for the brim.  Of course I HAD to embellish it with my favorite HOLLY Confetti Cuts! After that and his face was assembled, I added the candy and closed them up with some Scor-Tape.

A little strip of ribbon tied around his neck made a fun little scarf.  From that point, I could have left them plain, but I had a few kiddos in mind as I created these, so I decided to add a name tag to each one.  I simply cut some of those flag banners (again) from the TAG ME Confetti Cuts and added the small snowflake from the new LAYERED SNOWFLAKE Confetti Cuts set, and then stamped their names with the brand new ALPHABETICAL stamp set.

So what do y'all think?  These were really fun to make and I can just see them done up as Santa, Reindeer or even a little Elf!
