Reverse Confetti Summer Sale

Well, today is my bestie, JEN DEL MURO'S birthday, and as her gift to YOU, for the next 3 days, she is having the BIGGEST REVERSE CONFETTI SALE of the year!!

Each day, a few of the Confetti Crew girls will be sharing cards and projects made with some of our favorite REVERSE CONFETTI products in celebration of not only the sale, but Jen's birthday, too!  So be sure and check out the RC BLOG today, Friday and Saturday for links to the Confetti Crew's "must see" inspiration!
As I was taking my daughter to soccer practice the other night, I passed a Krispy Kreme Donuts (and didn't even stop), and immediately knew what direction I wanted this card to take.  I used the latest sketch rs#176, from the RETRO SKETCHES blog--it's super fun!  I love their card sketches because they have lots of elements!

I started by making all my bits and pieces from the DONUT YOU KNOW Confetti Cuts and the LOVE AND ICE CREAM stamps and Confetti Cuts.  The sentiment was perfect for the yummy food pairing and who wouldn't love a little bit of ice cream and donuts for their birthday!?!  Happy Birthday, Jen.  We're forever friends through thick and thin.  I love you, bestie!!!

SUSIE Q-TIP:  In case y'all missed my IG/Facebook/Twitter post, I tried to sharpen a mechanical pencil today in an electric sharpener.  It didn't work.  Don't ask me how I know this.  I don't want to talk about it.  And also in case y'all didn't, why aren't you following me?  Look for me:  susiestampalot (Instagram, Pinterest), @susiestampalot (Twitter), Susan Liles (Facebook)
