Well, the mad rush is on to get a bunch of stuff accomplished before leaving for our lake trip vacation.  One of those things is to at least get started on making a card or two for the upcoming JULY release from REVERSE CONFETTI.  Those peeks will start on the 5th like always, so stay tuned.

However, today I have a quick card I made when I was testing out some watercoloring and "bokeh" techniques.

I used the GOD IS GOOD set and stamped my sentiment right over a background piece I used those techniques on.  Totally simple design, but adding a black border and a few sequins really helps to make it "shine".
SUSIE Q-TIP:  Even though I used Memento Luxe black ink for the sentiment and heat set it, when I went over it slightly with white craft ink to make the "bokeh" effect circles, it made the black ink run just a tiny bit.  For this project, if y'all choose to repeat it, when getting to the white craft ink step, just do it around your sentiment, don't try to go over it, or let those inks mix, even if it says it can take it.  I still like how this card turned out, so I didn't throw it away.
