New Release Blog Hop from Reverse Confetti

Well, we hope you've enjoyed all of the new REVERSE CONFETTI sneak peeks we've had over the last few days.  Just to recap, there are 5 new stamp sets and 8 new Confetti Cuts dies/sets available NOW, so there’s plenty to choose from to jump start your spring and summer crafting!  Today we are sharing some last bits of inspiration with y'all, so put on some of your favorite music, sit back and join us for our new release blog hop

The hop started over on the Reverse Confetti blog, and you should have made it here from LAURIE'S BLOG. It would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t miss a thing. We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all the new Reverse Confetti stamp sets and dies!

I saved my cutest project for last!  I made a cute shaker tag using the SHAKERS 'N FRAMES Confetti Cuts and embellished it with the cute lion from the new LEAPING LIONS stamp set which I also cut from the LEAPING LIONS Confetti Cuts.  I added it to a little bag (actually an Easter treat bag, but since it was only the colored triangles, it was perfect for this!) full of Jolly Ranchers.

I then couldn't resist making a mini banner with the LAYERED BANNER DUO Confetti Cuts to match the bag, and adding the other sweet lion and the sentiments from the LEAPING LIONS set too.  One thing I love about the layered banners is the fact that not only do they include both triangle and flag-ended rectangular banners, but that you can use the smaller dies from each of the shapes to cut out the middle, making it "see-through"!  I did that here with the hot pink triangle banner pieces.

The lion piece actually has a patterned paper layer cut from the small triangle banner die, and the patterned paper rectangles are from the larger flag-ended rectangular banner die.  There are so many possibilities!  Here's a closer look at the sets I used:

Ok, I hope you’ve enjoyed hopping with us today. Be sure and hop with us on the 8th of EVERY MONTH for more REVERSE CONFETTI inspiration! You've reached the end of the hop!  If you got lost along the way, you can find the hop order and list of all the participating designers over on the Reverse Confetti blog.

A few things before you hop along though, just to keep you “in the know”…

SUSIE Q-TIP:  Not all banners need to be on a thick string, jute or ribbon.  This one is simply on some softer linen twine.  The scale of the banner should determine the "visual weight" of the cording it's attached to.  What do y'all think?
Stamps:  Leaping Lions (Reverse Confetti)

Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko)
