Countdown to Confetti: Pineapples APlenty and Leaping Lions

PSST...I have TWO posts today!  Click HERE for my Verve Diva Inspiration Hop post!

Well, today starts the COUNTDOWN to our new APRIL release from REVERSE CONFETTI!  This month, we are debuting 5 new stamp sets and 8 new Confetti Cuts We're having a SPECIAL RELEASE this month with all the new stuff which also includes a brand new set of Quick Card Panels, made to coordinate perfectly with the new stamps and dies.  Yes, we just had a release last month, but this stuff just couldn't wait---it's so cute and FUN!

NextRelease
First up on the Sneak Peek schedule are two new sets that have coordinating Confetti Cuts dies--PINEAPPLES APLENTY and LEAPING LIONS (I'll share mine soon).

This new PINEAPPLES APLENTY set is so darn sassy and on trend with some great things Jen and I saw at CHA back in January and is one of the reasons we just couldn't wait to put these out there to jumpstart your summer dreaming (I mean crafting!).  Some of the pineapples have sentiments inside them and then there's also one that is "normal" to play around with.  I love that there are the coordinating PINEAPPLES APLENTY Confetti Cuts to make cutting these out a breeze!

I also used a couple of the other new dies and a new PINA COLADA Quick Card Panel for this card.  The panel is a fun design with multi-colored triangles and then I just layered the new GEOMETRIC BACKGROUND die (another "on trend" style--so many faceted things are popping up!).  I layered my pineapple and the "@" onto the teal LAYERED BANNER DUO piece, another new Confetti Cuts die set for making fun banners that can be used together or separately.  Did you see all the new products I used today?

We have lots more sneak peeks to share over the next 2 days.  Then, everything will be available on the 8th.  Don't forget that Jen has a link list going daily (APRIL 5-8) for all the sneak peeks over on the REVERSE CONFETTI blog HERE.

Want to win some REVERSE CONFETTI of your very own?

Leave a comment on each of the designer's blogs for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate.  Comments will close at noon CST on APRIL 7th and the winner will be announced at 5pm on APRIL 7th on the Reverse Confetti Blog and our Facebook page.  In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts, we are also running a Facebook promotion for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate. After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for the promotional graphic.
SUSIE Q-TIP:   Don't forget about the "rock-n-roll" technique for solid images.  I used two different green inks to create the leaves on the pineapple.  Ink your stamp fully in a lighter ink, then just roll the stamp around the edges in a darker ink before stamping onto your paper.

Stamps:  Pineapples a Plenty (Reverse Confetti)
Paper:  White, Raspberry Fizz, Black (PTI), Teal (Bazzill)
Ink:  Yellow and Green (Avery Elle), Gumdrop Green (MFT)
Accessories:  Geometric Panel, Pineapples a Plenty, Layered Banner, Documented Confetti Cuts (Reverse Confetti), Pina Colada Quick Card Panel, Teal Sequins, White Mini Clothespin, Foam Boosters
Finished Size:  A2
