Tweet Tweet Tweet

Well, Tuesday was my latest 'Fetti Fans REVERSE CONFETTI class up at The Little Blue House in Keller.  We had a fun time as usual and made 3 cards (one's not pictured here, so I'll have to share it at a later date) and the cute little mason jar lid, like Jen had made for the release (upon her and Tracy's urging, I did it as a class project! LOL!).

The "bee" card was a remake of one I had also done for the release, but this little chickie one was a new one I designed just for class!

It was fun creating this "scene" using the new THE TWEET LIFE stamps and THE TWEET LIFE Confetti Cuts from REVERSE CONFETTI.  The sun and cloud is from the new Confetti Cuts, SUN 'N CLOUDS which is fast becoming a new favorite of mine. I think everyone should have some of them in your craft stash!  They make great little embellishments!

Ok, if you're out and about today, stop by The Little Blue House, come say hello, and sign up for April's 'Fetti Fans class on the 21st. No guarantees on what my hair will look like.  I need a haircut in the worst way.  Or call me at the store so you don't have to look at my hair at all--817-431-7930.

SUSIE Q-TIP:  When stamping a repeated row of words or sentiments, start in the middle of your cardstock piece and work your way out to the left and right.  It will look more symmetrical once placed on your card or project.

Stamps:  The Tweet Life (Reverse Confetti)
Paper:  Bazzill, Anything Goes (Echo Park)
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko), Turquoise (Avery Elle)
Accessories:  The Tweet Life, Circles 'n Scallops, Sun 'n Clouds, Love Note and Tagged Tote Confetti Cuts (Reverse Confetti), Copic Markers, Yellow Satin Ribbon, Brown Furry Twine, Seeing Spots Embossing Folder, Sequin, Foam Boosters
Finished Size:  A2

  1. Love this! You have a way of mixing patterns and adding colors that always looks great! Can you do a tutorial on how you do that? Great tip on stamping the sentiment - I've done that and started at the left side and had to redo 4 times!
