HNY and A January Sketch For You To Try

Well, Happy New Year!  While 2014 had its share of ups and downs for us, it turned out to be pretty good, even after moving 3 times!  We are getting settled finally and are ready to start some little DIY upgrades in our new home...I'll keep y'all posted and maybe do few before and afters in the new year.  We sure look forward to 2015 being even better than 2014, how about y'all?

One of the best things new this year, is the new January Sketch for You to Try from REVERSE CONFETTI!

It's a really great sketch and super easy.  If you love wonky panels, you're going to find yourself right at home with this one, but if you are scared of them, it's one that isn't too hard to work with.

Of course my card had to start with the main focus being the diecuts from the CIRCLES 'N SCALLOPS Confetti Cuts set, with the white one stamped with some stars from the SO MANY STARS backgrounds stamp set.  I then stamped the banner edge and sentiment using the BEAUTIFUL BANNERS stamp set and cut it using the coordinating BEAUTIFUL BANNERS Confetti Cuts.  The smaller stars were cut from the OH MY STARS die and then I custom stamped 2015 using the LIGHTHEARTED LETTERS alphabet set.

Ok, don't forget a new release from REVERSE CONFETTI is right around the corner!  Sneak peeks start on the 5th, so stay tuned!

SUSIE Q-TIP:'s ok to mix gold and silver.

  1. What a great New Year's card made with RC dies and stamps. I've got to get those star stamps-they're so versatile!
