Countdown to Confetti: Love Blooms and Sugary Sweet Sentiments

Well, we are on day three (the last day) of our sneak peek foray from REVERSE CONFETTI, and today will be no different in sharing a couple more stamp sets to love and some new Confetti Cuts Dies.

Let's get right to it---today we are revealing a new flowery set called LOVE BLOOMS with available Confetti Cuts to coordinate and SUGARY SWEET SENTIMENTS, a stamp set meant to be paired with candies and soda--perfect for the upcoming season of LUUUVVVV.

For my first project, I chose to make a set of pocket type scrapbooking cards on which I incorporated several flowers from the LOVE BLOOMS stamp set and cut them with the LOVE BLOOMS Confetti Cuts

These in particular would work well for a baby theme.  They also could be the start of an actual card, if you layered them on a card base.

The actual cards are cut from the new DOCUMENTED Confetti Cuts die set which has several little fun elements that can be added to several types of projects.  They are also stamped with the RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW and HERE'S THE STORY stamp sets.

My next project uses the SUGARY SWEET SENTIMENTS stamp set.  I started with the TAGGED TOTE dies and made my little box, only I used the tag from it to cut the "window" from the front and lined it with acetate before putting it together.

I added the little pink new SQUARE TAG for my sentiment and then the ARROW Confetti Cuts die and a heart from the HEART TO HEART set on the front of my little box.  After filling it with Pop Rocks, I tied up the top with the little chevron piece from the DOCUMENTED Confetti Cuts die.  So fun!

Just so y'all know...everything will be available on the 8th--that's tomorrow!  We'll wrap up with a blog hop that day as well that y'all won't want to miss.  YAY!  Meanwhile, don't forget that Jen has a link list for all the sneak peek days (January 5-7) over on the REVERSE CONFETTI blog HERE.

Want to win some REVERSE CONFETTI of your very own?

Leave a comment on each of the designer's blogs for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate.  Comments will close at noon CST on January 7th and the winner will be announced at 5pm on January 7th on the Reverse Confetti Blog and our Facebook page.  In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts, we are also running a Facebook promotion for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate. After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for the promotional graphic.

SUSIE Q-TIP:  Audrie got these Pop Rocks in her stocking for Christmas and was thoroughly displeased to find them missing as I used them for this project.  This cute little box is currently destroyed and sitting on my computer desk as I type.  It's completely OK to steal the candy and do this.  However I highly don't recommend giving it back.  Your kid will then ask to give the Pop Rocks to your dog who has a candy crush.  We didn't do it.  Secretly want to try it.
