Well, hello REVERSE CONFETTI fans! Can y'all believe it's October already?
I think October is one of my favorite months--Audrie's birthday, Eric's birthday and of course Halloween! So I couldn't resist diving right in this month with a "witchie" card using the new sketch. The witch is from the new CAST A SPELL set and I've had her colored up for a while, so it was pretty easy to cut her out with the CAST A SPELL Confetti Cuts dies and give her center stage on my card. I used the older SPOOKY SENTIMENTS to create a background for my circle piece from the CIRCLES 'N SCALLOPS and the sentiment going across the bottom. I used the STARS PRETTY PANEL to create the element from the sketch to go behind the circle and my witchy-poo.
Ok, well I need to go see about more fall decor and figure out how to hang a wreath on my front door without using one of those metal "over-the-door" hangers. Eric says it will scratch the paint all up on the door. It's too tall for one anyway. Command hooks maybe? This better not leave a mark.
SUSIE Q-TIP: The STARS PRETTY PANEL is actually just a small rectangle, a little over 2 x 2.5". So for my card, I was able to cut it in half and pull them apart, hiding the separation with the circle and the witch. A great way to strettttttccchhhhh your die use.
