October Mini Release from Reverse Confetti

Well, were y'all surprised by our new mini release from REVERSE CONFETTI?  Yes, we usually only have a new release every other month, but these products were just too good to keep "under wraps"!

Today I've got a little door hanger to share that I made using the new HANGING OUT Confetti Cuts die

As usual with this being the 8th of the month, we have a BLOG HOP today!  It started over on the REVERSE CONFETTI blog HERE, and you should have arrived here from Lisa's blog HERE.  It's ok if you're just joining us--the Reverse Confetti blog has a master hop list to jump back to!

Back when Jen and I went to San Marcos for the CKC show, we were discussing how cool this HANGING OUT door hanger die would be.  It was then that I decided that I would want to try attaching a treat box of some kind to it.  So that's just what I did using the TAGGED TOTE Confetti Cuts die.  I made the box first, cut the door hanger, and added a few accents to it before using some Scor-tape to hold the box onto the door hanger.  Since the HANGING OUT die is *just* the doorknob/slot part, it didn't matter too much how big my door hanger actually was, so I just cut it to fit my tote nicely.  I think this would be too cute hanging with a little candy in it for some neighbors or kids on Halloween!  Because they are still a little new, here's a look at the treat boxes:

Ok, I hope you’ve enjoyed hopping with us today. Be sure and hop with us on the 8th of EVERY MONTH for more REVERSE CONFETTI inspiration! You've reached the end of the hop!  If you got lost along the way, you can find the hop order and list of all the participating designers over on the Reverse Confetti blog.

Want to win some REVERSE CONFETTI

Leave a comment on each of the designer's blogs for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate.  Comments will close at 5pm CST on October 8th and the winner will be announced on October 9th on the Reverse Confetti Blog and our Facebook page.  In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts, we are also running a Facebook promotion for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate. After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for the promotional graphic.

SUSIE Q-TIP:  I really hate that I can't find my power cord/pedal for my sewing machine.  It's still missing from the move.  However, I just had to get some needle action in.  So I punched holes in the tag for my tote box and hand sewed the twine around it.  The best part?  You can't really tell how crooked my holes were.
