Well, the weather had heated back up here in North Texas, and for a while I thought it had forgotten about fall. Until today. I think it's coming back! We have a cold front coming through and it's going to drop our temps to where they should be this time of year. I can't wait, and just in time for Halloween! So with fall on my mind, I created a little something using my TOP DOG dies and a few stamps from Reverse Confetti.
I just had to get out the new FALL FOLIAGE DIES again and play some more with them. They are my favorite leaf/acorn dies I've ever used! Y'all need them. Just sayin'.
I paired the leaf theme with the Forever Fall stamp set from Reverse Confetti. I used the "mat" part of the sweet SCALLOPED FRAME AND MAT DIE SET from Top Dog as a couple of the backdrops for my focal points on a few of the "pages".
I cut them to be able to fit different angles and aspects of the die cut onto my small "canvas".
It has been such a pleasure being a Guest Designer for Top Dog Dies! I loved doing it and sharing my take on some of their products. If y'all get a chance, put in a good word for me with them--I'd love to do it again!
SUSIE Q-TIP: So as not to use too much liquid glue and chance that I might warp my fun little project, I used my ATG gun to adhere the main pieces together to make the base of my card/book thingy. The leaves and the rest of the pieces were glued on with my old standby...Scotch Quick Dry. LOVE that stuff!
