Countdown to Confetti: Rocky Raccoon

PSST...I have TWO posts today!  Click HERE for the Verve Diva Inspiration Hop.

Well, today starts the COUNTDOWN to our sweet new summer release from REVERSE CONFETTI!  This month's release is easy on the eyes and features 4 new stamp sets and a ton of Confetti Cuts Dies...7 die sets to be exact!

Today, the Confetti Crew is sharing what we've made with the newest Quirky Cutie, ROCKY RACCOON--I'm sure he's going to steal your heart.

My card not only features ROCKY RACCOON as the main focus, but I've used a couple of the new Confetti Cuts dies here as well.  Check out the CIRCLES AND SCALLOPS.  What makes them different and fun is that there are several sizes and they all have that sweet little embossed line for a little added detail.  This month, we are also introducing a line of Confetti Cuts called Pretty Panels.  This one is the DIAGONAL STRIPE PRETTY PANEL.  It's the perfect backdrop for Rocky, and will also work so well with pocket-style scrapbooking, by adding some trendy elements to your pages and "Project Life" inserts.

We have lots more sneak peeks to share over the next 2 days.  Then, everything will be available on the 8th.  Don't forget that Jen has a link list going daily (July 5-8) for all the sneak peeks over on the REVERSE CONFETTI blog HERE.

Want to win some REVERSE CONFETTI of your very own?

Leave a comment on each of the designer's blogs for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate.  Comments will close at noon CST on July 7th and the winner will be announced at 5pm on July 7th on the Reverse Confetti Blog and our Facebook page.  In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts, we are also running a Facebook promotion for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate. After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for the promotional graphic.

SUSIE Q-TIP:  After creating this card, and basing part of it on the fact that I could put those fun little red enamel dots on the vellum hearts to cover where I placed glue to hold them down, I realized I didn't own any red enamel dots.  A quick trip to Michael's revealed they didn't own any either.  On the way home from there, I decided to try using my Copic R29 to color the orange ones from my stash.  Worked perfectly.  #winning
