Countdown to Confetti: Fresh 'N Fruity and Fabulous Flamingo

Well, I hope y'all have been following along this weekend with the sneak peeks for the new REVERSE CONFETTI release available tomorrow!  If you haven't, you're missing out and will want to check out the RC blog HERE to go back and visit them.

Today's the reveal of the last two new stamp sets coming your way--FRESH 'N FRUITY and FABULOUS FLAMINGO.

Let me tell y'all what, I have had a blast playing with everything from this month's release, but the new FRESH 'N FRUITY set is my secret favorite!  I love the polka-dotted fruit (there's solid too), and the fonts on the sentiments are awesome.  It was super easy to pull this card together because once the lemons and leaves were stamped, I quickly cut them out using the new FRESH 'N FRUITY Confetti Cuts.  I also used the new DIAGONAL STRIPE PRETTY PANELS Confetti Cuts on top of the LOVE NOTE because it fits perfectly.

The new FABULOUS FLAMINGO set is just that-- absolutely fabulous, and there's also a coordinating FABULOUS FLAMINGO Confetti Cuts die set available.  The wings and beak of the flamingos (there are two that mirror each other--eeep!) are separate stamps so that you can stamp them in different colors.  Yes, that makes it easy.

I actually created a tag before this became an actual card with the new TAG ME, TOO Confetti Cuts die.  It's clearly a nice big tag, and is great for being just that (stay tuned for my post tomorrow), layering it on a card, or using it on your scrapbook pages.  The little "re-enforcer" circle is so cute, all scallop-y and complements the new CIRCLES 'N SCALLOPS Confetti Cuts quite well.

Take a look at what I used today!

Just so y'all know...everything will be available on the 8th--that's tomorrow!  We'll wrap up with a blog hop that day as well that y'all won't want to miss.  YAY!  Meanwhile, don't forget that Jen has a link list for all the sneak peek days (July 5-7) over on the REVERSE CONFETTI blog HERE.

Want to win some REVERSE CONFETTI of your very own?

Leave a comment on each of the designer's blogs for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate.  Comments will close at noon CST on July 7th and the winner will be announced at 5pm on July 7th on the Reverse Confetti Blog and our Facebook page.  In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts, we are also running a Facebook promotion for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate. After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for the promotional graphic.

SUSIE Q-TIP:  I am really digging the color combo I used for my lemonade card--yellow, aqua and forest green.  The forest green is not a color I use often at all, and it was a nice surprise that it went so well with the other colors.  Now I'll be trying it with other combos "just to see".  I'm sure y'all have colors that just sit in your stash, too.  Be a friend to barely used colors, and give them a "fresh squeeze".
