May Release Blog Hop From Reverse Confetti

Well hello REVERSE CONFETTI friends!  We have had such a wonderful time celebrating our FIRST BIRTHDAY with all of you and sharing all of the fabulous sneak peeks for this month’s brand new release.  We hope you’ve liked what you’ve seen so far!  With 6 new stamp sets and 6 new Confetti Cuts Dies, there’s a lot of inspiration to be had.  Today, since it’s the 8th of the month, the Confetti Crew, Challenge Crew and a few of our friends are excited to bring you a few more projects for our Reverse Confetti new release blog hop using all the latest RC products.  Now’s the time to hop along with us and be sparked by the crafty goodness!

The hop started over on the REVERSE CONFETTI BLOG, and you should have made it here from our May/June 'Fetti Friend, TRACEY MCNEELY'S blog. She's going to be a fabulous addition to our hop!  It would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t miss a thing. We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all the new Reverse Confetti stamp sets and dies!

The new WINNING stamp set and matching WINNING Confetti Cuts dies were absolutely perfect for me to use on my layout of one of our soccer stars, Audrie.  These pictures were taken when she and her team (The Pink Explosion) won the championship at a local tournament last summer.

The pennant and little "#1" below her picture are from the stamp set and the pennant and trophies are cut from the WINNING Confetti Cuts dies, along with all the gold stars and strip of stars from the new OH MY STARS Confetti Cuts.

My card was an extra project I made because I couldn't get the idea out of my head to use the new DOIN' THE WAVE die to make a little road for the car from the HERE WE GO stamp and matching HERE WE GO dies.  I love that the wheels on the dies are separate from the car so that you can really give them some dimension (there's those fun silver brads again!).  I finished off my card with an embellishment cluster with hearts from the LOVE NOTE dies that I literally cannot put down!
I hope you’ve enjoyed hopping with us today. Be sure and hop with us on the 8th of EVERY MONTH for more REVERSE CONFETTI inspiration! You've reached the end of the hop!  If you got lost along the way, you can find the hop order and list of all the participating designers over on the Reverse Confetti blog.

A few things before you hop along though, just to keep you “in the know”…
May’s SKETCH FOR YOU TO TRY is open for you to play along.  Click HEREfor a chance to win.  AND, be on the lookout for a NEW COLOR challenge we will be introducing on May 16th and another way to win!

SUSIE Q-TIP:  I love the look of little tabs for sentiments or embellishments peeking out from the edges of panels on my cards and layouts.  Try using a partial cut from a die to make them yourself.  The one I used on my card above was from the rectangle in the CLASS ACT Confetti Cuts die set.
