Countdown to Confetti: Keywords Go Together and Sweet Thing

Well, the response to yesterday's sneak peek from REVERSE CONFETTI was overwhelming!  Thank you!  Let's keep the ball rolling with another peek, shall we?

Today the Confetti Crew and friends are debuting the two latest stamp sets from the Key Words line--GO TOGETHER and SWEET THING.  I'm only showing y'all one of them and saving my Sweet Thing project for the Blog Hop on the 8th.

Jen and I came up with the sentiments for this set over several days and lots of coffee, tacos and margaritas, both over the phone and in person.  (Can't drink margaritas by yourself, you know!)  There were so many cute phrases we had brainstormed for this GO TOGETHER set, and I'm super happy that "we go together like coffee and cream" made the cut!  Especially since I got to use my older BE A BARISTA set along with it for this card!  I colored the cup using my Prismacolor pencils and OMS, then added the sparkle using some Rock Candy Stickles.  So cute in real life and a very happy congratulations card for my friend, Lynn who just got a job as a barista at Starbucks!  WooOHOooOO!

There's actually also a new background set I've used here too--WHOLE LOTTA HEARTS (see below) that y'all will love to create with year round.  The LOVE NOTES large scallop die is the focus of my card and the "together" banner was cut from the TAG ME die set.  Oh and I almost forgot another new die on here--the SCALLOP BORDER.  It's genius because it is double edged with a wide or small scallop to use, depending on which side you tuck up under a panel.

Ok, I've got more packing to do.  I'll be back tomorrow with another sneak peek!  Don't forget that Jen has a link list going daily (Jan. 5-7) for all the sneak peeks over on the REVERSE CONFETTI blog HERE.  Here's a good, up close and personal look at the new stuff I've used today:

Want to win some
of your very own?
There's TWO ways to do that!
Leave a comment on each of the designer's blogs for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate.  Comments will close at noon CST on January 7th and the winner will be announced at 5pm on January 7th on the Reverse Confetti Blog.  In addition to having a chance to win just by leaving a comment on the sneak peek posts, we are also running a Facebook promotion. After you are done checking out the sneak peeks, head on over to OUR FACEBOOK PAGE and look for the pink circle graphic.

SUSIE Q-TIP:  I had almost forgotten how good tone on tone stamping looked.  I think my favorite part about this card is the WHOLE LOTTA HEARTS stamped in Really Rust (SU!) onto the same color cardstock.
