Well, I hope ya'll have gotten a chance to hang out with the Cat Pack this week and see all their fabby creations using the latest and greatest from THE CAT'S PAJAMAS. Today we have a blog hop with the spotlight on even more inspiration using the new stamps and CutUps dies.
For my hop project, I decided it was time to get out that cute GIFT CARD ENVIE CutUps Die and decorate it all up with some of my newer stuff. I used the new and highly addictive AT YOUR SERVICE stamp set and stamped the bear and the birthday cake to use as my "pop-up" feature. Then I used the chalkboard technique for the sentiment on the oval from the new FRAMED UP CutUps die and adhered it to the front.
Ok, it's time to head on down the road and hop on over to KELLI'S BLOG for your next dose of inspiration! She won the June SWANKY STAMPER of the month and is playing along in the hop with us today. Go KJ!
SUSIE Q-TIP: I was needing a way to have the bear pop up from the pocket I created on the back of the gift card envie, but I didn't want it to come completely out. Then it clicked. I taped a piece of twine to the inside of the pocket and also taped it to the back of the bear. It worked like a charm. Like a leash. (Disregard the stamped bear on the back of this. I got a buy one side, get one side free deal on white cardstock, so I wanted to get my money's worth.)
