Well, I'm sure glad Jen brought back her Sketch For You To Try when she opened her new stamp company, REVERSE CONFETTI. I've missed having them! She reintroduced them in June, and on the first of every month, another sketch will be presented over on the Reverse Confetti BLOG.
Here's a look at the JULY Sketch For You to Try:
And here's a closer look at the card I came up with for it:
I used the I LIKE YOU set for all the stamping and my Silhouette Cameo for the "puppy" stuff. Part of the intention for the dotted and straight lines included in this stamp set, was that ya'll could stamp "I like you and __________", and then fill in the blank. I hadn't seen much of that happening with this set, so I thought I'd throw something out there with that kind of feel for ya'll's inspirational pleasure. Note that you could just write something by hand also along the blank line.
In this case, I chose to make up the phrase, "________make/makes everything better". Yes, your mind could run WILD with both of these "fill-in-the blank" quandries, but I decided to keep it semi-clean and say "puppy kisses" (this time). Get your minds out of the gutter. (Ya'll can't see the card I made for Eric.)
Anyway, I hope ya'll are feeling crafty and want to play along with Reverse Confetti in our monthly Sketch For You To Try. HERE is all the info and low-down on what you need to know to get your JULY SFYTT on and what's in it for YOU! AND, you don't even have to use Reverse Confetti stamps (until the end of the year)!
