June Reverse Confetti Blog Hop--Whale Hugs and Fishy Kisses

Well, hello June, and Hello Reverse Confetti Fans! It’s the 8th of the month and that means it’s time for a creative Blog Hop from REVERSE CONFETTI. Last month’s release was fantastic, and today we are inspiring you with projects and cards using those stamps. We’ve also invited some extra friends that helped us launch the new company last month to join in on the fun! Are you ready?

The hop started over on the Reverse Confetti blog, and you should have made it here from TIFF'S blog. It would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t miss a thing. We have tons of inspiration for you to see using Reverse Confetti’s first 4 amazing stamp sets!

For  my card today, I once again used the June Sketch For You To Try, but handled it a bit differently, mixing the HAPPY HARBOR set and the I LIKE YOU set. I wasn't feeling all that great when I made it, so in my head it says, "Whale Hugs and Fishy Kisses".  LOL!  Maybe I'll revisit this card at a later date when there's a Reverse Confetti alphabet to help get my point across a little better.  Hint, hint, Jen!!  Pretty please?  Ya'll need to start a petition.

Are you a 'Fetti Find? Don't forget to link your projects weekly on the RC Blog for your chance to be voted June's 'Fetti 'Fave and win July's entire release, AND get to virtually be a Guest Designer for that release!

Here's my favorite part of the card!

Ok, that's the end of the hop for today!  I hope you’ve enjoyed hopping along. Be sure and join us again on the 8th of EVERY MONTH for more REVERSE CONFETTI inspiration (a hop every month)!  If you get lost along the way, you can find the hop order and list of all the participating designers over on the Reverse Confetti blog.

Celebrate the creative side of you!

SUSIE Q-TIP:  Just because a sketch is very structured and straight up and down, doesn't mean you can't skew things and make it wonky with tilted panels and crooked elements.  I had this all laid out straight, but then I accidentally bumped it, it got lopsided, and I liked it even better.

Stamps:  Happy Harbor, I Like You (Reverse Confetti)
Paper:  White, Hawaiian Shores, Orange Zest, Pure Poppy (PTI), Lime Twist (MME), Lucky Charm (AC)
Ink:  Licorice (MFT), Night of Navy, Only Orange, Tempting Turquoise (SU!)
Accessories:  Icing CutUps (TCP), Large Scallop Circle Nestabilities, Circle Punch, Heart Punch (SU!), Adhesive Rhinestones, Button, Divine Twine (TCP), Hot Glue, Jody Boosters
Finished Size:  A2
