Hello Friend

Well, I'm posting this super early this Saturday morning, before I head off to work.  Eric got back in town last night from South Carolina, but MUCH later than expected.  We were having some thunderstorms in the area (surprise, surprise) and they diverted his plane, but before they could get to the other destination, they called them to come back to DFW.  Then they had to wait on the runway for an hour before they could get into a gate.  Needless to say, they handed out free beer to keep all the business flyers happy!  The girls and I had fun hanging out at the luggage pickup for 3 hours playing silly, but typical third and 6th grade games..."My name is Anna, I live in Alabama, and I sell apples":  You get the picture.  I'm sure we annoyed some, but everyone cheered when he finally came through the door and the girls ran to greet him full speed!  Maybe they were just happy we were leaving?

Anyway, that's why I'm up early writing this, but I wanted to share it today in case ya'll needed a little inspiration to use your REVERSE CONFETTI (your new favorite stamp company), Peacock Pretties set (hehe).  I played along in a couple of challenges for this one, too--I used the latest sketch challenge from a "new to me" challenge blog I found, Crazy4Challenges (C4C186).  It's a good blog with lots of different challenges!  Then for inspiration, I used the Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger.  I'd never played in Cath's challenge before, so I'm excited to link this one up! It was a perfect match for me to use this set with...maybe ya'll should too!

Then, if you play along, you could become a 'FETTI FIND!  Jen will be posting the new ones on her blog on Monday!  Link your Reverse Confetti projects for this week right HERE

Ok, I've got to run and blow-dry my hair so it's not too scary for the day!  Stay creative, my friends!

SUSIE Q-TIP:  I've loving the look of a little tab sticking out from underneath a panel like the one here with the pink dots.  The sketch actually called for a circle, but it's ok to put your own spin on it!

  1. I love this card too. I keep going back and forth on the stamp sets I really like this one but not sure what I would do with it. I just may get this one. Your choice of papers is awesome as always.
Boy waiting at the airport for three hours, its crazy. It sounded like you all had a fun time making the hours slide by.

  3. Hey Susan! Thanks for linking this up to this week's Tuesday Trigger in the Moxie Fab World! I'm so glad you joined in on all the fun! :)
