Your Next Stamp Fun Friday Spring Fling

Well, Happy Friday to ya'll!  Ready for a big weekend?  We bought/had to buy a brand new lawnmower this week, so guess what Eric will be doing this weekend?  He already did our itty bitty front yard, and he's been working on getting the monster weeds dug up in our big back yard (I picked up the sticks).  This means that tomorrow morning he will get to play with his new toy again!  Maybe I'll get a better pic then...

So much for his "Spring Fling"!  (He has an evil look here!  Hey, I'm just glad he has his hair back.) We get a much funner (yes, it's a word) time to play in our "SPRING FLING" because that's the Fun Friday theme for April from Your Next Stamp.  The YNS design team has come up with some stampy designs fitting this theme AND using some of the stamps and dies from our very recent April Release from Your Next Stamp (like from 2 days ago!).

Although I have all the dies from the new Spring Fling Die Bundle, I hadn't had a chance to color this precious and Totally Radical 80's Fhiona.  So that's what I did and just incorporated some fun spring colors into my card (and her hair.)  Like, she totally rocks!  Makes you want to get back those leg warmers you used to have, doesn't it?!?

Anyway, be sure and check out the YNS Blog HERE for more Spring Fling inspiration!  Want another treat?  Here you go:

SUSIE Q-TIP:  Coloring an image's hair a color that not the norm is fun.  Also, for me, a good Copic pink combo is hard to come by.  Here's what I used:  RV10, RV02 and RV21, in that order.  Your welcome.
