Sneak Peek Day from Your Next Stamp

Well, we had a busy weekend with tons of soccer involved--Audrie plays, Lindsie plays AND referees, Eric plays and even my oldest daughter Shelbie got in on the action last night at Eric's game, filling in for a missing player.  NO, I don't play.  I'm terribly uncoordinated and afraid of hurting myself, or someone else, so I just play chauffeur and #1 cheerleader for the Talons/Diamonds family.  I even have a lime green shirt that I pull off fabulously!  Here's a picture collage of Shelbie from last night:

Needless to say, not a lot of coloring and stamping was going on this weekend, so I focused on making a YNS Sneak Peek card for ya'll using one of the new dies coming your way tomorrow from Your Next Stamp!

It was pretty easy to put together, especially since I combined it with April's Tasty Tuesday Challenge and used that luscious Aqua/Brown/White color combo!

The new Spring Fling Pinwheels dies come in a set of two different sizes.  This is the larger of the two and it makes about a 2 1/2" pinwheel.  It's really a PERFECT size for cards and super easy to make by just folding the (pre-holed) flaps onto a brad and securing.  I hot glued them in place and then hot glued the buttons in the centers to cover up my "brad legs".  The sentiment is from one of my favorite YNS sets called Heartfelt Sentiments.

Be sure and come back tomorrow for our
NEW RELEASE BLOG HOP!
You don't want to miss it!!

SUSIE Q-TIP:  Try this simple card layout using anything for the "three" items for a quick and easy, any sentiment goes type of card.
