SFYTT--I Get a Kick Out of You

Well, can ya'll believe July is almost over? This summer is really flying by! Lindsie comes home from camp today (YAY!) and we (meaning the girls) also begin our pre-season practices for their soccer teams this morning. I'm excited about both!

So when I went in to make this last Sketch For You To Try sample, Audrie (my little partner in crime all week. Here's a picture of her with the cupcakes she made.) got to have a lot of say in what I would make. Since My Favorite Things is our sponsor this month, I chose to use this sweet Pure Innocence set, I Get a Kick Out of You. This set was actually my design concept from when I was a member of their design team and I LOVE this stamp set! You can make it for soccer, basketball or volleyball, depending on which one you choose for her to "hold". This is super easy and done by simply masking her arm and hip and just stamping the ball of choice (haha.)

Audrie had me color her in turquoise and lavender since our team colors for the Diamonds (her team which is now pink and black) may be changing to something else. In her happy soccer world, this is what the new uniforms would look like. No, in her happy world, this is what SHE would look like!

Anyway, I've thoroughly enjoyed this sketch this month and a HUGE thanks to MFT for being our sponsor! Have ya'll played along yet? Check out all the details and upload information on THIS POST {you’ll find more great inspiration there, too}. Happy stamping and good luck!
