Another Sneaky Peek from The Cat's Pajamas--Day 2

Sneaky Peek Week
Well, it's Day 2 of Sneaky Peek Week from The Cat's Pajamas...yuppers, that means we're just getting started! I'm glad you're tagging along because today we are "peeking" the new set, "Feelin' Cupidy". I literally squealed when I saw this one!

Feelin' Cupidy features that crazy bunny again, playing the LOVE DOCTOR of all love doctors--CUPID!

Here's the full set reveal (the sentiments are awesome, don'tcha think?!):

Here's another picture of that cute cupidy. I love how Alma makes up her own words. She's a girl after my own heart! I can't seem to put down that new Peppermint Divine Twine either!

I just had to add a little sparkly to the bunny wings, the hearts, and his bow and arrow with my Stardust Gel Pen. The little sentiment panel was made with circle placed on top of a partially cut Circus Panel CutUps Die . It's from a couple of releases ago, but it's still a must have die!! Take a look and picture all the layering you can do with it!

Ok, I have to go and create some more--I'm on a tight schedule this week, as Friday I'm taking my annual trip to Tyler to go to a scrapbook retreat at Pine Cove!! (Hence all my scrapbooky layouts recently pinned on my Pinterest page!) I'm sure ya'll will want to see even more peeks of all the new goodies coming out next Tuesday-- Check out Alma’s blog every day this week and part of next for a full list of Cat Packers posting their creations.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!--Just like every release, YA'LL could be IN IT TO WIN IT! Check out The Cat's Pajamas forum on Splitcoast HERE to see how EASY it is to win a new stamp set from this release!

SUSIE Q-TIP: I love to make the bunny's nose look shiny. When coloring in my first lighter color with my Copics, I just leave a little area white. Then use the other colors as usual for shading, being careful not to color over the white area. Then I use a blender pen to soften the white inside edge of the "shine".

Paper: Black, Kraft, Pure Poppy, White (PTI), My Little Shoebox, October Afternoon
Ink: Brilliance Graphite Black (Tsukineko)

  1. Awesome use of color and patterns Susan! Or should I say "Awesomey"?

  2. Such a great mix of patterned papers! Love today's q-tip...makes perfect sense the way you describe it.

  3. This little cupid-bunny is so cute and funny! Love the sentiment so much! Adorable card :)
