MFTWSC8--Wednesday Stamp Club

Well, it's been a long day, but I did manage sit down for a little bit and work on the Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch Challenge #8 for My Favorite Things (MFTWSC8) before heading off to pilates (hurts so good!). I wanted to keep it quite simple, light and springy, so I thought these colors were good. This butterfly phrase fit perfectly from my Inspired by Butterflies set and I paired it up with some of those fabulous butterflies cut from the Butterflies Die-namics die. I love layering them! Hmmm...checking out the picture...Does this card make my bow look big?

Here's a look at the Die-namics I used that I can't seem to make a card without:
Ok, I think I need to be done with this post, especially since my last one was so looooonnngg! As always, be sure and:

1. Play along in the Sketch Challenge. There will be a random draw each week from all the participants who have uploaded their card to SCS using the proper keyword -MFTWSC8 this time. The winner will receive a $15 gift voucher. If the winner used MFT stamps, they will receive $5 in bonus bucks, for a total of $20.

2. Check out Kim's blog for a list of all the Design Team members playing along this week.

3. Play along in this week's Sketch Challenge! (I'm getting delirious, I'm so tired.)

SUSIE Q-TIP: Cut out your favorite Die-namics shape for a sentiment-focused card. Cut it again from another color and simply slice off the upper and lower edges (or the sides) for more detail and glue it on top. Add brads, buttons or rhinestones to the ends for embellishments.
