An {Mmm Mmm Good} Sketch For You To Try

Well, we have lots going on this weekend (a little more on that in a minute) but first and foremost it's Saturday and time for Jen's Sketch For You To Try (that's why you're here, right?)! I went with a little Verve here and used the new Joy Plain Jane and the larger Glad Tidings set. I LOVE that they are matchy-matchy (ya'll know I like me some matchy-matchy)!

Speaking of matchy-matchy, I have a strong feeling either Jen found inspiration for her sketch from a soup can, or I was just hungry when this card came together! Hmmmm.....LOL!!

More on what's happening this weekend--Soccer for Audrie (temp. in the low 60's, so all her fans need to wear jackets), a little Christmas shopping, fixing the fence (Sage has found a hole), and it's BOUTIQUE DAY at Scrapper's Boutique today! So all the designers will be hanging out and debuting some new classes and concepts for the upcoming holiday season. Here's a little snippet of what I'll be teaching. What is it? Come and see!

SUSIE Q-TIP: Eat before crafting.

OH and I wanted to give a little shout out to some of ya'll I've had the pleasure of running into here in the last few days: Hello to the lady that saw me at Kroger (and I NEVER go there, so what a fluke that was), but I can't remember your name! You were visiting your daughter here in town--you are so sweet, and sorry I looked SO BAD! See you at Thanksgiving! And a quick hello to Terri (sp?) that I met up at the Boutique last night--it was CRAZY busy, but I'm glad to meet anyone who reads my blog! (Don't forget--the flower was either TCP or MFT!) If ya'll ever see me out somewhere, don't be shy--say HI!!

Here's the (Cambell's soup) sketch and inspiration from the SFYTT sisters. They are Mmm Mmm good!:
