TCP Tuesday---A Birthday Blog Hop for Alma!

Well, surprise ALMA! We were all sneaky with our TCP Tuesday cards for The Cat's Pajamas this week and secretly put together a Birthday Blog Hop for Alma in combination with the challenge. Snicker snicker! Amy Rohl is our Hostess with the Mostess and she has challenged us to use “wood” for the supply challenge. Wood grain paper, texture or even incorporating a stamp that features something “woody” (don’t go there, girls!). For the blog hop, you should have come over here from Sony's blog and then your next stop will be Toni's blog when ya'll are done here.

So for my card, I decided to use the set, A Beary Good Year, as I hadn't colored him in a while. OH yes, his name is PJ--I almost forgot! I realized that there was a piece of paper leftover from my garage sale (that was super fantastic, btw!) that had a wood-grain side to it. How perfect! Thanks for not buying it, ya'll, it came in quite handy here!

After you hop on over to TONI'S Blog, "wooden" it be fun to do this challenge? Play along with us and add your own design to your Splitcoast Gallery using keywords TCPTUES111 or to your blog and then use the Inlink button at the bottom of the TCP Tuesday post on Alma's blog. You could be eligible to be the next Swanky Stamper of the Month and win 25 smackeroos, that's $25 in Cat's Cash. Here are the deets for the challenge:

1. Each a week one of The Cat Pack will host a challenge.
2. The challenges will vary {stamp, technique, color, theme, sketch, etc.}
3. You will have until the end of the month to complete the challenge.
4. Post your design using the Inlink Button at the bottom of Alma's TCPTUES post. Your design must be linked and visible to this blog post to be considered.
5. TCP stamps are not required, but of course, highly encouraged. {Unless it's for the stamp challenge}
6. There will be one winner each month. They will be deemed that month’s Swankiest Stamper and get $25 in Cat’s Cash {money to spend on the TCP site!}.
7. Only designs posted to this blog post will be considered for the Swanky Stamper.
8. The newly crowned Swanky Stamper will be announced on the First of the Month and have his/her winning entry posted on The Cat’s Pajamas website where he/she will reign for the entire month.

SUSIE Q-TIP: Use a portion of a Nestabilities shape coming from one side of your card to be a "backdrop" for your main image.
