A {You Made Me Ink} Sketch for You to Try

I have to say that "Finding Nemo" has got to be my favorite Disney movie yet. So when my friend, Jen asked me if I wanted an extra Octopus stamp she had from Gina K. Designs, how could I pass it up? She (Pearl is the name of the little Octopus girl in the movie) is so cute!! Now I just need a sentiment that says, 'You made me ink!'! Actually, I think that prayer has been answered over at A Muse as one of their new releases! Their sentiment actually says, "Inkin' of You"--how cute is that!? They also have another cutie patootie Octopus that may have to swim on over to my house! 'Just keep swimming, just keep swimming'!! See, there are so many good lines in the movie! If you haven't seen it or you think it's just for kids, think again and rent it! No, buy it!! It's one of those movies you have to see over and over again to see all the little quirks and quips. I see something new every time I watch it! I thought it would be a fun stamp to use today and something a little different for Jen's Sketch For You To Try! I challenged myself to not use any Designer paper (I always do that!), so I used my Spots and Dots cuttlebug folder because I thought it was a good match for the suckers on the tentacles. Teehee! Lots to do today, so I will be making this short. Be sure and visit the other members of the "tank gang"--Shannan Teubner (Deb) and Carole Burrage (Flo) headed up by Chief Wanna-Hock-A-Loogie, Jen (waving!! Like your new names?) Remember, 'Fish are our friends, not food'!! Unless you are me...I love fish!!

TIP: You can "elongate" or "widen" a focal image, even if it doesn't fit the finished size of the panel you want to use, by adding a mat longer or wider than the piece that the stamped image is on. Then, just add some details to the "extra" or tie a ribbon right around it for more interest.
