A Sketch For You To Try

What a crazy day this has been! The kids were out of school today, and I had a parent teacher conference with Lindsie's first grade teacher (according to her, Lindsie is 'brilliant', but I'm not bragging). Then I came home, cleaned up with the "crew" and then we went to lunch. After that, they settled in and got some movies going and I went to work in my studio, photographed some cards, edited them, and uploaded them to Splitcoast, trying to get stuff looking good for a DT I am interested in being on. back hurts now, so I am going to have to make this kind of short! Here is one of the things I made today for Jen's sketch over at It's a really great sketch, but I did it no justice at all! Don't like this card too much, but I guess for a masculine card, it would be ok. I guess it's just too far a cry from the fun bright cards I've been doing as of late. Please check out our other samples that Shannan and Carole have done for more inspiration! I'm sure I wasn't much help in that department today!! If you'd like to upload it to SCS, be sure and use the keyword SFYTT, so we can see your interpretations...I for one would love to!! Stay tuned for a rockin' cool card that is funkified through and through coming this way soon!
