Just Wanted to Share!
This card and this picture have nothing to do with each other, other than the fact that they both live here at the same house with me! Oh, and they are both so stinkin' cute!! Of course I have to talk about the cutest one first--that's our youngest daughter, Audrie, who is almost 4. This just happens to be an extremely cute picture of her, as most of the time she doesn't smile real big for pictures. She's not a ham in front of the camera like her sisters (and Me)! Audrie is our little observer and is more reserved. Today she decided to jump on our new trampoline for the first time and we've had it for almost 3 weeks. But tomorrow, she said she won't like it anymore! Funny how their little minds work! One week until school starts and it will be just her and I all day together--she tells me (in her low little monotone voice) I'm her best friend--aaawwwwww!!! Anyway, I converted this picture to a black and white and used it for a project I just submitted to Papercrafts yesterday. If they don't pick it up by Friday, I will show it to you on here!! So there's your teaser!! So for now, you have to look at this cute (but not equally so) whale card! I used an image sent to me by a sweet lady on SCS who traded me for some stuff--it worked out well! It's from SU's Silly Sealife and I also used my new polka-dot BG stamp to enhance that printed paper--you should try it!! I worked on learning how to blend my Prismacolor markers in coloring him and used a white gel pen for highlights. The sentiment is from Papertrey (I got my new Halloween set, Spooky Sweets from them today and can't wait to show you some fun stuff from it!!)--I am so hooked on their stuff. I heard through the grapevine there will be a Christmas set similar to this one that can be used for fun tags and treats! Making that kind of stuff is my favorite thing to do for Halloween and Christmas! I can't wait! Anyway, I need to get off the computer, so Eric can come pay the bills--"honey, disregard that Ebay purchase, k?--I love you!" God is in control....
